An enquiry or demo access is not a purchase or subscription. Before contracting, scope, integrations, price and taxes, duration, cancellation, support and data processing must be agreed. Illustrated capabilities do not replace that agreement.
Liability is determined by applicable law and contract. Mandatory rights, statutory guarantees and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected. Continuous demo availability is not promised. Disputes belong before competent authorities, respecting mandatory consumer protections.
